Not only do we fix those minor, ongoing maintenance issues, but we also carry them out free of charge! With our team of handymen and cleaners, your property is well looked after, rather than gradually deteriorating over time.
Naturally, we pay all utility bills, including Council Tax. There are never any fees for you to pay to us, not even to set up. From now on, the profit you make is fixed!
Having had the opportunity to view your property, we have considered the items which we would be prepared to refurbish and improve, and listed them below. These will come at no expense to you whatsoever and the value which we add to your property will be yours to keep, as we'll maintain this high level throughout the duration of our agreement. Clearly, and with the greatest of respect, any works would be agreed beforehand.

We are delighted to offer you £1,200 per calendar month for the long-term lease of your property. This would include all of the benefits listed above, for a period of 3 years, with the option for you to extend, once the agreement draws to a close.
We'd like to emphasise that this offer is a guaranteed NET income, as we'll be covering, all of your outgoings. Naturally, some landlords tend to focus on only their estimated GROSS rental income, so we aim to provide an example of the associated costs incurred in running property, allowing the net income to be better compared to our offer.
